This week is all about introductions: the Capability booster to you, your coach to you, you to your coach and you to the topic explored in this booster

 

By the close of this week, you will:

  1. have familiarised yourself with what this Capability booster is about,
  2. know what to expect to happen over the next eight weeks,
  3. completed a short pre-booster survey,
  4. understand what is expected of you to complete this booster,
  5. been introduced to your coach, 
  6. have uploaded a media file in which you introduce yourself to your coach,
  7. have accepted the nature and expectations of the coaching experience and relationship,
  8. have considered your spot in this world and
  9. booked your first coaching session.

This week is a non-coaching week. You could organise yourself around the following schedule:

  • 10 minutes to read about this Capability booster and how it works +
  • 5 minutes to practice the Box Breathing Method + 
  • 5 minutes to complete a pre-booster survey +
  • 5 minutes to watch an introduction video +
  • 10 minutes to create and submit your own introduction video / text / audio +
  • 10 minutes to consider the coaching experience and relationship + 
  • 30 minutes to have conversations with colleagues as prompted +
  • 15 minutes to respond to questions following conversations with colleagues +
  • 2 minutes to book your first coaching session = 
  • about 92 minutes
