By the close of this week, you will:
- have familiarised yourself with what this Capability booster is about,
- know what to expect to happen over the next eight weeks,
- completed a short pre-booster survey,
- understand what is expected of you to complete this booster,
- been introduced to your coach,
- have uploaded a media file in which you introduce yourself to your coach,
- have accepted the nature and expectations of the coaching experience and relationship,
- have considered your spot in this world and
- booked your first coaching session.

- 5 minutes to complete a pre-booster survey +

- 10 minutes to create and submit your own introduction video / text / audio +
- 10 minutes to consider the coaching experience and relationship +
- 30 minutes to have conversations with colleagues as prompted +
- 15 minutes to respond to questions following conversations with colleagues +
- 2 minutes to book your first coaching session =
