This week you will participate in your first coaching session for this booster. 

 

By the close of this week, you will have:

  1. prepared for your coaching session by completing week one's activities.
  2. participated in a one hour coaching session with your coach in which you will
    1. explore your enduring accomplishments.
    2. reflect on the value of you having insight into the enduring accomplishments of your team.
    3. consider ways you might invite or enable your team to explore their enduring accomplishments.


This week's time tip: 

This week is a coaching week. You could organise yourself around the following schedule:

  • 10 minutes to ‘get in the zone’ before the session + 
  • 60 minutes for the session + 
  • 40 minutes to reflect after the session =
  • about 110 minutes
