topic explored in this booster. Take your time to become familiar with the journey that is ahead of you, and this platform.
By the close of this week, you will:
- if this is your first experience with Boost Learning, completed the Participant Guide, which
can be accessed from the platform dashboard,
- have completed a short pre-booster survey,
- been introduced to your coach,
- have introduced yourself to your coach,
- have responded to a question about an article you'll be invited to read, and
- booked your first coaching session.

This week is a non-coaching week. You could organise yourself around the following schedule:
- 20 minutes to complete the Participant Guide (if this is your first experience with Boost Learning)
- 5 minutes to practice the Box Breathing Method
- 5 minutes to complete a pre-booster survey
- 5 minutes to watch an introduction video
- 10 minutes to create and submit your own introduction video / text / audio
- 15 minutes to read this week's article
- 5 minutes to participate in the discussion about this week's article
- 2 minutes to book your first coaching session =
