Hello. My name is Belinda Brummer. I live in a town just south of Ireland’s capital city, Dublin. I am originally from South Africa, where I was teacher, working in a school on the outskirts of Johannesburg. I’ve lived here in Ireland for 22 years. Over that time I have developed a corporate career that spans Talent Management, Business Consultancy, Customer Success and Learning Design. 

I have worked extensively with individuals and teams in different sectors and countries to help them to be stronger and to be better at what they do. Some of these individuals have been new managers, while others are seasoned executives. Some of the teams have been management teams coming together for the first time and others have been working together for years. What they all have in common is that they are people who have responsibility for other people in the workplace.

On a more personal note, I am a forest bathing guide. This has me spending some of my weekends leading people into nature on immersive meditative walks. Doing so brings my two passions together – namely being in nature and being in helpful forward-focused conversations with people.
